    SATURDAY RIDES 22/12/2018

Keep an eye out on the group chat for ad hoc rides over the Christmas break. If someone is riding and would like some company, please post it up and arrange to meet up with other club members.

If riding on Saturday 29th December, please just meet at the shop at 8.45am – 9am.

This weekly service be offline over the Christmas period for lubrication and maintenance and will resume in the New Year.

Have a fabulous Christmas one and all, hope you get the bike you’ve been dreaming of for Christmas 😉. Kevin

    C – RIDE 9.10AM from shop
    Ride Leader @kevin – NON DROP – 24kph (15mph)

    Weather BBC (check before leaving)
    Saturday 10am Epping
Sun and Cloudy, 10 degrees – 14mph south westerly wind.

    Kev’s top tips.
So apparently the average person will consume 5000 – 7000 calories on Christmas Day. To burn this off, a 75kg person cycling at 15mph will burn a average 750 calories per hour. So roughly 6.5 – 9.5 hours cycling to burn off that festive feast!
    See you Boxing Day then!!!
